SUMMARY/ AUTHOR'S NOTES: Just a quick piece, largely inspired by Belinda's "Unfamiliar Stars". Daniel reflects on his dreams....


At night she dances in my dreams,
And fills my mind with dark desire
As unfamiliar starlight gleams
In eyes that set my soul on fire.

By day, she watches over me,
Her healing hands an angel's touch;
A friend I know cannot yet be
The lover that I yearn so much.

But in my dreams I find her here,
And gone are daylight's wasted chances.
The lonely nights I do not fear,
For at night, in my dreams, she dances.
