NAME: Dr. Daniel Jackson.
SEX: Male...yep definately male. Ask Janet, she's seen my anatomy plenty of times...in a purely medical capacity of course.
HOME: I have an apartment in Colorado Springs which I suppose is my home, though most of my time is either spent in my lab at the base, or in the infirmary flat out on my back hooked up to loads of machines...well I can't complain there is a beautiful Doctor there to take care of me so it isn't all bad... except for the whole pain and getting injured thing, that sucks.
HEIGHT: About six foot...I'm all man. Shut up Jack!!!
EYES: Blue.
HAIR: Messy thank you... sorry if you mean colour it's light brown.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE TV SHOW?: Me watch TV? I'm either at the base or in the infirmary...I see more x-rays and MRI scans than I do watch television. If I get a chance though I watch the X-Files...there's this one episode where this nurse gets attacked by an invisible entity and well the actress was kinda cute.
WHAT'S ON YOUR MOUSE PAD?: Except for coffee stains and various archaeological books...Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I am a man you know... shut up Jack you got it for me.
FAVOURITE MAGAZINE: I've been reading a lot of medical journals lately, just because I'm curious...shut up Jack!!! and I read alot of archaeological magazines. Jack playboy may be one of your favourite magazines but... oh get out of my office you sick, sick man.
FAVOURITE SMELL: I'm getting quite used to the smell of antiseptic actually, though my favourite smell would have to be this perfume

WORST FEELING IN THE WORLD: Getting injured on another mission after just recovering from the last one.
BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD: Having Janet nurse me back to health after I have been injured on another mission. After spending so much
time with her I've realised I really do like her...okay more than like...next question.
THINGS TO DO ON THE WEEKENDS: What's a weekend? I always seem to be on the base. If I do get time off though I rather like spending
my time with Janet and Cass.
FAVOURITE SOUNDTRACK: Ghost. Hey I'm a romantic... Jack I am going to hit you if you don't shut up. Do your own!!!
WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU THOUGHT OF WHEN YOU WOKE UP THIS MORNING?: Where am I?
DO YOU GET MOTION SICKNESS?: You are asking the wrong guy that question. Yeah I do, what do you think I have all this medication for.
ROLLER COASTERS DEADLY OR EXCITING?: Deadly if you've just eaten a hot dog and are sitting next to a teenager with a sensitive stomach. Exciting if there's someone to hold on to.
PEN OR PENCIL?: Pencil.
HOW MANY RINGS BEFORE YOU ANSWER THE PHONE?: People tend to hang up before I manage to find the phone. To be quite honest I have no idea where it is buried under all the crap I have in my apartment. If I know Janet's going to phone though I do try and dig it out and answer as soon as possible. On the base as soon as possible, I mean you never know if the Asguard have beamed up Jack or the Goa'uld are attacking... you can never be too careful... I wish the Asguard would keep Jack for a little longer one of these days, I need the peace and quiet.
FAVOURITE FOODS: There's this Abydonian dish Shau'ri used to make which I grew quite fond of, other than that anything with lots of calories.
DO YOU GET ALONG WITH YOUR PARENTS?: My parents died when I was young, I never got the chance to find out. I would have liked to have the chance though.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A CRIME: What kind of a survey is this? do you really think I would be capable of commiting a crime? next question... not telling you sorry.
CHOCOLATE OR VANILLA?: Definately chocolate!!!

DO YOU LIKE TO DRIVE?: When I get the chance I do yes. Chauffering Janet and Cass around is fine by me, take last weekend for instance...sorry going off topic.
DO YOU SLEEP WITH STUFFED ANIMALS?: Nope, sorry to disappoint you.
IF YOU COULD HAVE ANY KIND OF PET, WHAT WOULD IT BE?: I have allergies I don't think a pet would be a very good idea, though Janet and Cass' dog is kinda cute.
IF YOU COULD BE ANY TYPE OF ANIMAL WHAT WOULD YOU BE?: Something cute and cuddly like me.
THUNDERSTORMS, COOL OR SCARY?: Cool if there's someone with me and there's no chance of me getting struck by lightning. Scary if there's a power outtage and I'm stuck with Jack. Have you ever been stuck with that man in a dark room...I know someone who has...stop hitting delete Jack.
IF YOU COULD MEET ANYONE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHO WOULD IT BE?: My parents...and Shau'ri to ask what she thinks of Janet.
FAVOURITE ALCOHOLIC DRINK: I'm not good with alcohol.
WHAT IS YOUR ZODIAC SIGN?: Taurus.
EAT THE STEMS OF BROCCOLI?: Of course I do...not. Don't tell Janet though.
GUYS-WOULD YOU GIVE UP YOUR SHIRT FOR A GIRL?: Of course I would. If a certain CMO needed it I'd do it in a second.
IF YOU COULD HAVE ANY JOB YOU WANTED, WHAT WOULD IT BE?: I like where I am at the moment thank you.
IF YOU COULD DYE YOUR HAIR ANY COLOUR, WHAT WOULD IT BE?: Dark red just to get a reaction. Truthfully I wouldn't, If I'm out on a dig it changes colour in the sun anyway.
IF YOU COULD HAVE A TATTOO, WHAT AND WHERE WOULD IT BE?: I would get an Abydonian symbol to represent Shau'ri to show she's always with me.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN LOVE?: Yes I have with my first wife Shau'ri. I think I'm falling in love again though and I wish there was some way I could know if I had Shau'ri's blessing.
DESCRIBE YOUR DREAM WEDDING: I've already had one dream wedding. If I got married again though it'd be a full church wedding with all the trimmings and hopefully Janet at my side.

WHAT'S UNDER YOUR BED?: Except for junk, nothing much. I do have a box of various things that belonged to Shau'ri under there though. She was amazed by the simplest things...I miss her.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST CAR?: A heap of junk that barely got me around.
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM CAR?: Jeeps are cool. I plan to have a family one day..Jack I will throw something at you in a minute... and yeah I think a Jeep would do Janet and me... kay I'm going on to the nest question.
FAVOURITE SPORT TO WATCH: Sam and Jack flirting and trying not to look too obvious. I wonder how many other people said that here.
SAY ONE NICE THING ABOUT THE PERSON WHO SENT THIS TO YOU: Jack (who is sitting in this room and watching me write) you are, as hard as it is for me to admit, a really good friend and I am honoured to be a part of your team...except when you're a complete pain in the ass.
OF ALL THE PEOPLE YOU SEND THIS TO, WHO IS LEAST LIKELY TO RESPOND TO IT: As far as I can tell pretty much everyone on the base has and a lot of our allies off world. Probably Thor I would think, though you never know with that little guy.
