WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE TV SHOW? Crossing Over With
John Edwards. :) Seriously, I don't watch much TV.
WHAT'S ON YOUR MOUSE PAD? Hieroglyphs, although I
guess it isn't my mouse pad anymore. I wonder who has
it now.
FAVOURITE MAGAZINE: I used to read several
professional archaeology and linguistics journals to
stay up-to-date. Now I just drop in unseen from time
to time. :)
FAVOURITE SMELL: Fresh-brewed coffee. Hey, I'm
ascended, not dead!
WORST FEELING IN THE WORLD: Someone I care about
dying or being tortured and I can't do a thing about
it.
BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD: Being with the ones I love
THINGS TO DO ON THE WEEKENDS: Now that I'm ascended,
it's all one big weekend.
FAVOURITE SOUNDTRACK: Book of Secrets by Loreena
McKennitt. There's this one song, "Night Ride Across
the Caucasus", that captures perfectly why I became an
archaeologist
WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU THOUGHT OF WHEN YOU WOKE
UP THIS MORNING?: How much I miss my friends
DO YOU GET MOTION SICKNESS?: Not anymore, big time
when I was human.

ride through a wormhole, kind of anitclimactic,
actually.

E.T. does not phone home.
FAVOURITE FOODS: Chocolate and coffee. I'm surprised
I haven't gone crazy yet from the deprivation.
DO YOU GET ALONG WITH YOUR PARENTS?: Yes.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A CRIME: On Earth,
never. Off-world, once, and was accused of another,
but nothing came of it. (Thank you, Jonas. I knew
you'd tell the truth).

DO YOU LIKE TO DRIVE?: It's okay, but I really don't
need to anymore.
DO YOU SLEEP WITH STUFFED ANIMALS?: Used to, whenever
Jack and I had to share a tent on a mission. Yeah,
Jack, throw that paperweight at me. It'll be as
effective as your shoe was. :p

THUNDERSTORMS, COOL OR SCARY?: Cool, especially now
that I can cause one.

BE?: I already met my parents and Sha're. Now that
I'm ascended I'm connected to both worlds, the
corporeal and the spiritual. It's been so very good
seeing them again.
FAVOURITE ALCOHOLIC DRINK: Skaara's moonshine. P.S.,
Jack, I wasn't drunk, I was just suffering the
aftereffects of the day from hell.
WHAT IS YOUR ZODIAC SIGN?: Cancer
EAT THE STEMS OF BROCCOLI?: I did, yes.
GUYS-WOULD YOU GIVE UP YOUR SHIRT FOR A GIRL?: Yes
IF YOU COULD HAVE ANY JOB YOU WANTED, WHAT WOULD IT
BE?: I've always had the job I wanted. When I was
human, I was an archaeologist, but it was never about
archaeology per se. It was about exploring the
meaning of life, which I continue to do.
IF YOU COULD DYE YOUR HAIR ANY COLOUR, WHAT WOULD IT
BE?: I wouldn't dye my hair. Even if I still had
hair.
IF YOU COULD HAVE A TATTOO, WHAT AND WHERE WOULD IT
BE?: The glyph for Abydos, perhaps right over my
heart. A hairless chest had its advantages.
HAVE YOU EVER BEEN IN LOVE?: Still am.
DESCRIBE YOUR DREAM WEDDING: I already had it, with
Sha're. It was a simple wedding, held outdoors, with
rituals and vows as old as ancient Egypt where they
originated. Our wedding was as transcendent of time
and place as our love is.
WHAT IS ON YOUR WALLS IN YOUR ROOM?: I used to have
tribal masks that I collected during my travels and
some swords.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE SNAPPLE?: I don't drink
Snapple.

BE?: A shovel--I love to dig for the answers to
things.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE NUMBER?: 0 (a circle with no
beginning and no end--infinity & eternity)
WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST CAR?: An old junker that
surprised me in getting me all the way from L.A. to
Colorado.
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM CAR?: I'm embarrassed to admit
this, but a classic VW Bug. Mom and Dad used to own
one, back before VWs became yuppie and were still
affordable for underpaid academics.
FAVOURITE SPORT TO WATCH: Jack extricating the foot
from his mouth.

YOU: Sam is the sister I never had.
